This project was conceived as study of a Multifunctional Complex near the square Franklin Roosevelt. The challenge was to link commercial, residential and services uses in a single complex using 8 occupation tax. A priority for the project to provide lighting, ventilation , views and privacy for all spaces satisfactorily.

To achieve these objectives, computational methods were used to analyze the wind flow, level of insolation, in relation to neighboring buildings. With this data, an algorithm was created that varied the degree of rotation of the building in accordance with the information computed by the script.
